Love my new TreadClimber
My whole family uses this machine. Because of foot surgery and knee problems, I needed a workout routine that was low impact yet could provide great results. After about 6 weeks, I am up to 30 minutes on level 3.0, 4 or 5 times a week. At 55, my metabolism had really slowed. I have lost 10 pounds and am just getting started. This is a piece of equipment that I seeing myself using for many years to come. I have finally found my answer to getting and staying in shape.
I started with the TC5 and did not like it at all, it brought me nothing but problems. I then upgraded to the TC10 and it is 100% better. I've been using it daily for about a week and a half now. I've already lost 2.6 pounds. I've started slow and will gradually work my way up full speed and resistance. I'm surprised at how much I feel the burn in my thighs while walking on it but the second I step off of it, I don't even feel like I had been working out. The next day, still no pain. Having been so skeptical after purchasing the TC5 to begin with, I'm very pleasantly surprised at how well the motorized machines work. Totally recommend going with this model.
I found this very easy to put together. It's a bit frightening when the boxes arrive, and you do need two people, and it does take a couple of hours (you could probably do it in 1.5 or even 1hr but I had to battle my unwilling husband to help me and that took longer than anything!) The instructions are clear and it's easier than assembling a shelving unit from "that place". You know what I'm talking about. So don't be afraid, once it's together you'll get a great workout.
Great Investment to Slim Down
My sister has an older model and loves it, so I'd thought I'd give it a try. I bought the TC-20 model. Figured if I'm going to spend that much on a machine, may as well get the best one with the best warranty. It was tough at first as I wasn't hanging on to the rails and just trying to walk unsupported. Almost killed me. Once I got the hang of it, and I now use the rails, it really works. I set the timer for 31 minutes and 3 MPH. I burn about 431 calories. I've been using it not quite 2 months and I've almost lost my love handles. There is no stress on the knees what so ever. It's not fan quiet but not bad at all. I just turn the TV up a little. Great machine. Glad I made the investment. I almost bought a treadmill, glad I didn't.
Got it! Love it!
The product is simple to use. My spouse put it together and the directions could have been a little clearer (i.e. he had to take it apart and re-assemble because part was reverse). I love it because I do not have to get dressed, get in a car, and then go fight for a machine in the gym. It will make you sweat.
I normally have to run in order to sweat like this. Incredible workout!
I Love this TreadClimber
I use it almost everyday. its such a great workout if I stay on it for the 30 minutes im just sweating.. even if I don't have time everyday I try to burn at least 100 calories if I can put it into my schedule..i don't know how some people can burn 500 calories in 30 minutes ... if I do 300 calories it takes me around 45 minutes...
Never was in to exercise until now...
Exercise almost every day now.
great for losing weight
using 5 times a week. would like to keep track of different people and have 3 or 4 preset programs.
I Lost 73lbs!
I always had this skinny me in my head and I wanted to try to be that person. I lost 73 pounds. The person I was before - I want to shake her and say you could have changed your life way earlier.
